wiin7 Terms and Conditions — Platform User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "the user") and wiin7 ("the platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the wiin7 website, mobile application and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, fish games, bingo and the game lobby.

Your continued use of the wiin7 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes, but we cannot guarantee that all users will see every notification.

These Terms should be read alongside wiin7's Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use wiin7, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wiin7 does not permit players under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate or business registrations are not accepted.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms through any self-exclusion arrangement or similar voluntary restriction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth and contact details. wiin7 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the information you provide at any stage. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only on wiin7. If you already hold an account and attempt to register a second, we reserve the right to close both accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your wiin7 account. This includes all bets placed, games played and deposits or withdrawals initiated. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact wiin7 support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but we cannot be held responsible for losses incurred through unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable care of your credentials.

wiin7 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that has been inactive for an extended period, that is associated with suspicious activity, or where the account holder is found to have breached any part of these Terms. Any PKR balance remaining in a suspended or closed account will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on wiin7 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant payments, standard bank transfers, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — whether belonging to a friend, family member or any other person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, while bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank's internal processing schedule. wiin7 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, wiin7 may require identity and payment verification documentation. This is a standard process and is not a reflection of any concerns about your specific account. Providing the requested documents promptly will ensure your PKR withdrawal is not delayed unnecessarily.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• wiin7 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud or policy breach.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on wiin7 — including cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports and all other available markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market type. These rules are displayed within the sports betting section and should be reviewed before placing any bet.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. wiin7 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, match abandonment, event cancellation or the discovery of irregular betting patterns on a specific market.

For casino games and fish games, the outcome of each game is determined by certified random number generation. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet amounts or any other external factor. Game-specific rules and return-to-player information are available within each game.

Live in-play betting markets on cricket, PSL and other sports may briefly suspend during key moments — such as a wicket falling or a goal being scored — while odds are recalculated. Bets placed before a suspension are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation, not the odds after recalculation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

wiin7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed alongside the promotion. By claiming any bonus or opting into any promotion, you agree to the terms specific to that offer.

General bonus principles that apply across all wiin7 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet through before a withdrawal request can include those funds.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering conditions.
• wiin7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be notified if the terms change in a way that materially affects their existing balance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and the accounts being suspended.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wiin7 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods or impersonating another person.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage betting at scale — systematic exploitation of pricing differences in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform rather than normal player activity.
• Automated tools — use of bots, scripts, scraping tools or any automated software to interact with the wiin7 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Bonus abuse — as described in Section 6, any attempt to claim bonuses multiple times, through duplicate accounts or through coordinated activity with other players.
• Money laundering — using wiin7 deposits and withdrawals to process funds of illegal origin. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable obligations.
• Underage play — attempting to register or play as a person under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Platform interference — attempting to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the wiin7 website, mobile app or any associated systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wiin7 platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software and all other materials — is the intellectual property of wiin7 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any wiin7 content without explicit written permission.

You are permitted to access and use the platform for its intended purpose as a registered player. Screen captures for personal reference are generally acceptable. Commercial use of any wiin7 branding, content or materials — including posting wiin7 content to social media in a commercial context — requires prior authorisation.

9 Privacy & Data

wiin7 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on wiin7, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, game and betting activity, and device and connection information used for security and fraud prevention purposes. wiin7 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, verification services and other partners necessary for the platform to function as described.

10 Limitation of Liability

wiin7 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, delay or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and factors outside our control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wiin7 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or delayed settlement of bets during maintenance windows.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to review applicable game or betting rules before placing wagers.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of expected winnings.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable care of your credentials was not taken.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

wiin7 is committed to providing a gaming environment that prioritises player wellbeing. By using the platform, you agree to engage responsibly — setting realistic PKR budgets, monitoring your time and stepping back when gaming stops being enjoyable.

The platform provides responsible gaming tools to help players stay in control. These include the ability to review your account activity and transaction history at any time. Players who feel they are struggling to manage their gaming behaviour are encouraged to review the guidance available on the Responsible Gaming page and to take a voluntary break from the platform.

wiin7 operates a strict 18+ policy and will act on any credible concern that a player may be under age or may be experiencing harm from their use of the platform. We do not market to vulnerable individuals and do not encourage play beyond a player's stated or apparent means.

12 Amendments to These Terms

wiin7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the contact information held on their account.

Your continued use of the wiin7 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining PKR balance.
